I am an emotionally-inspired,
Nelson-based (near the top of New Zealand's South Island), mainly
abstract artist. Having long painted purely for my own satisfaction,
a fellow artist persuaded me to join Art
Group Nelson, which gave me the opportunity to display my
paintings in public for the first time. This encouraged my successful
application to the Nelson Suter
Art Society and more recently my membership of Nelson's Art@203
Gallery. I have also started promoting my work further afield,
being accepted for the
Original Art Sale 2011 in Auckland, where I sold two works.
I currently exhibit at 4 main annual group exhibitions as well
as selected other events and I now have a permanent presence at
203 Trafalgar Street, so do drop by to view/buy my paintings and/or
original artwork cards.
